Jason Roth is a portrait & lifestyle photographer based in NYC. 

Jason spent the first part of his career writing and directing award-winning commercials for MTV's famed On Air Promos department, where he worked with a range of artists including Taylor Swift, Kanye West, Kevin Hart, Green Day, John Legend, Eminem and Britney Spears.  Along the way he snapped photographs, learning about lighting from world-class cinematographers and secretly dreamed of becoming a photographer himself.    After shooting stills for some promotional materials for MTV’s original series, World Of Jenks, one of his images became the key art for the show and a large billboard in Times Square.  This encouraged Jason to pursue his passion and embark on his new career path in photography.    Since then his work has been featured in The New York Times and New York Post, with book collaborations available at Barnes & Noble and Amazon.

Jason loves collaborating with great people and thinks the journey is as important as the destination. His blood type is B Positive, like his attitude.  He lives in Brooklyn with his wife and two daughters.
